My core beliefs. Understanding why I think what I think of myself. With the Women’s Group of B’kara
March 20 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Core beliefs are often stored in the unaware parts of our minds. They are tacit notions we have ourselves, so ingrained in our minds that it often never occurs to ask to even question them. However, core scripts and core beliefs shape every aspect of our lives as they are our reference manual that drives all decisions, thoughts and behaviours. Core beliefs are the product of the nurture we received in our lives and therefore our perception of ourselves can change if we become more aware of what we believe about ourselves. The tricky part is to challenge these ideas.
