Counselling is a type of talking therapy or psychological therapy. It involves talking talking to a counsellor about what is worrying you. Counsellors are trained to listen sympathetically and can help you deal with any negative thoughts and feelings.
Our approach is very simple. We believe that therapy is about the client and counsellor working together to help the client achieve their goal. Having worked with a lot of different organisations, we are learning a lot about life;s challenged and how different people cope. We have worked with asylum seekers, addicts, prisoners, couples, teenagers, children, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transsexual people, and looked after children, amongst others. These people have all taught us a lot about life, and that a difference counselling and a positive attitude can make.
We specialise in working with couples of all ages and sexual orientations who are having issues around their sexuality and sex life.
