We deliver specific assessments and therapeutic work for adults and adolescents focusing on a range of difficulties (e.g. anxiety, low mood, relationship problems, etc). We use two main approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Integrative Psychotherapy which is a term used to describe a therapy that draws on elements of more than one therapeutic approach, chosen to suit the individual’s needs. Within our integrative work we draw upon knowledge and experiences in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT – an approach found to be effective for longstanding, personality problems), cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness training.
