Ann Julene Hili is a qualified Career Guidance Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in
Sociology (University of Malta) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education: Guidance Studies
(University of Derby). She, furthermore, has over 8 years’ experience in the field of Career
Guidance and Education.
Ann has worked with clients of all ages, but specializes in working with teens and young
adults who are in their educational and career transitions. She supports clients in exploring
their desired career paths and helps them with job-search strategies and developing action
Her aim is to create tailor-made programmes, which are developed according to the clients’
needs, abilities and dreams. She assists her clients in recognizing and enhancing their skills
and qualities in order to achieve their career-related goals.
Ann is also a member of the Malta Career Guidance Association and has great professional
rapport with different Psycho-Social professionals within major post-secondary institutions
and employment entities. She has also attended various national and international
conferences and training courses in the field of career guidance.
