My dedication towards the educational field is constantly rewarded with the ability to help students learn and thrive. My background is in the Educational field, initially graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (Hons) in 2009, followed by a Masters Degree in Youth & Community Studies in 2012. I have then furthered my studies and read for another Masters Degree in Educational Psychology in 2014. In 2016, I have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Systemic Family Therapy and at present I am reading for a PhD in Education.
As an Educational Psychologist, I apply psychological theory, research and techniques to support children, young people, their families and schools to promote the emotional and social wellbeing of young people. I do my utmost to support those with learning difficulties or disabilities to achieve their full potential through the use of assessment, monitoring and evaluation in order to promote learning, develop emotional, social and behavioral skills and support psychological development. I work mainly in consultation with parents, teachers, social workers, doctors, education officers and other people involved in the education and care of children and young people.
