The Healthy Explorers programme is thoughtfully designed to nurture children’s growth through four essential areas:
- Healthy Hearts to foster emotional well-being and empathy
- Healthy Brains to enhance creativity and cognitive skills
- Healthy Bodies to encourage mindful eating and physical health through fun exercises and balanced nutrition.

By integrating engaging activities such as yoga, mindfulness practices, gratitude sessions, and interactive games, we aim to create a supportive environment where children develop vital life skills, build meaningful connections, and learn to lead balanced, healthy lives.

- The camp will run during the school holidays: 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th November.
