The ‘FAMILY 360°: Multidisciplinary Approach to Family’ conference discussed and disseminated information regarding family, relationships, parenting, children and adolescents, sexuality and other related topics, using the 360° multidisciplinary approach. This approach encourages diversity in knowledge and skill, whilst it helped professionals to gather a deeper appreciation of other disciplines. The conference began with a domestic violence case study, where the participants discussed the issues presented with the professionals from different backgrounds. This planned to tackle the domestic violence topic from different aspects, including legal, social, familial, psychological and psychiatric aspects. Following this case review, a number of concurrent workshops took place by different professionals. Some topics discussed during the workshops were on; equality and the family; disabled people, their families and relationships; effective practice with gender and sexual diversity individual and families and others. The experts present during the conference were; Mr. Matthew Bartolo, Mr. Andre Callus, Ms. Seralie Bonett, Mr. Steve Libreri, Mr. George Douglas Saliba, Ms. Rhoda Garland, Ms. Colette Farrugia Benett, Mr. Joshua Aquilina, Ms. Anna Catania, Dr. Charlie Azzopardi amongst others.
