There’s no way of getting out of our busy work and home schedules, so the only way is to find a balance, to make sure that it doesn’t all get a bit too much.

And that balance, is rest.

Make an effort to invest in rest, and do what you need, to get enough of it.

Nap, read, chill, do nothing, bake, run, paint, spend a day in the park, pet random dogs, meet friends, listen to music, jump on a trampoline - WHATEVER works for you.

So go ahead and use it - to recharge, to renew, to repair and to refresh.

It will pay off.
