Liam Harrison is a young, energetic and passionate strength and conditioning coach. Liam has graduated from the University of Malta with a BSc (Hon) in Sports and Physical Activity and is currently reading for an MSc in Strength and Conditioning. His coaching philosophy is based upon scientific research and is always keen on learning to find new ways about which client’s performance and progress in the gym can be optimised. Being an athlete himself, Liam understands the stressors, both physically and psychologically that training in a gym can produce, thus, he values constant communication with the client to ensure that everything is going smoothly. Liam ensures that movement quality is given top priority with his clients to get the most out of every repetition performed and make sure that injury is prevented, and long-term movement quality is achieved.
