At Willingness, it is very important for us to take care of Children’s Mental Health. In fact, we have a dedicated segment named "Kids Mental Fitness" where we focus on emotional regulation through activities of gratitude, mindfulness, psychology and life skills. Emotional Regulation is the ability to exert control over one’s own emotional state and, therefore, be able to face life challenges.
We currently offer this service to schools through Camp Willingness Assemblies or Camp Willingness Outings.

Learning all about Mindfulness
We embody this through our mascot - Sig the Sloth. Sig the Sloth is more than just a mascot. Sig embodies differences and celebrates uniqueness. Moving at his own pace, Sig teaches us the value of patience and the beauty of taking things one step at a time. Just as Sig dances to his rhythm, children are encouraged to embrace their individuality and express themselves freely. With Sig's presence, they learn self-acceptance, resilience, and understanding.
Sig the Sloth 🦥 Dance
We organise a variety of activities with schools, all stemming from our foundational values of mindfulness and emotional regulation. Each school activity is tailored to one's preferences. Our activities include engaging talks about emotional regulation from a psychology professional, Sig the Sloth dance, mindful nature scavenger hunts, exploring negative and positive emotions, mindfulness exercises, and much more.
