Support Session

At Willingness, our support sessions are a great way for people to get help with everyday problems or feelings that are hard to handle on their own. You don’t have to have a big issue to come here. Sometimes, just feeling stressed, upset, or confused is enough. This can be work stress, work-life balance, anxiety management, family issues etc.
Some people find these sessions better than traditional therapy because they’re more about support and less about treating a problem. It’s perfect if you’re not ready for therapy or if you just need a little help to feel better.
