Trauma does not stay at home when someone comes to work

Difficult experiences outside work often show up inside it. A change in behaviour, slipping performance, more days off or strained relationships with colleagues can all be signs that someone is carrying more than they are saying.

HR professionals are often the first to notice, and the first people an employee turns to. This seminar helps you understand what may be going on, and gives you practical ways to respond that are supportive, fair and within professional boundaries.

Over one focused morning, Dr Ronald Zammit and Dr Esslin Terrighena combine expert input with practical discussion and workplace vignettes, so you leave with takeaways you can bring straight back to your organisation.
