Disclaimer
Willingness Malta Version 2.0 — 5 August 2026
This Disclaimer applies to willingness.com.mt and to all content we publish on it, including articles, blog posts, videos, downloadable material and product descriptions. Please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. If you need help now
This website is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, do not use this website or wait for a reply to a message.
- Call 112, the emergency number in Malta and across the EU
- Call 179, the national Supportline operated by Aġenzija Appoġġ, free and available 24 hours a day
- Go to the emergency department of your nearest hospital
2. Our content is general information, not advice for you
Everything we publish on this website is general information for a general audience. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a clinical recommendation for any individual.
We write carefully and draw on the expertise of our practitioners, but we cannot know your history, your circumstances or your clinical picture from a webpage. Information that is sound in general can be wrong for a particular person. Always speak to a qualified professional who knows your situation before acting on anything you read here, and never delay or stop treatment because of something you found on this website.
We do our best to keep content accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date at any given moment. Clinical understanding changes, and older articles may not reflect current practice.
3. Reading this website does not create a professional relationship
Browsing our website, reading our articles, watching our videos, or sending an enquiry through a contact form does not make you our client or patient, and does not create a therapeutic, medical or counselling relationship. That relationship begins only when you and a Willingness practitioner have agreed to work together and the appropriate intake process has been completed.
Please do not send detailed clinical or sensitive personal information through website forms, email or social media messages. Those channels are not designed for confidential clinical communication. Contact us to arrange an appointment, and share clinical detail in that setting instead.
4. Self-test kits, health products and supplements
- A self-test result is not a diagnosis. Any test can produce a false positive or a false negative, and results depend on correct use and on timing.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the product exactly.
- If a result is positive, unclear or unexpected, or if your symptoms continue regardless of the result, contact us or another qualified healthcare professional for confirmatory testing and advice.
- Food supplements are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any condition, and they do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
- Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication, or have an existing health condition.
- Do not exceed the stated dose, and keep these products out of the reach of children.
5. No endorsement, no guaranteed outcome
Mentioning a test, treatment, product, procedure, therapy, organisation or opinion on this website is not an endorsement or a recommendation that it is right for you. Where we describe an approach we offer, we describe it as one option among others.
Outcomes in therapy, coaching and health services vary from person to person and depend on many factors outside anyone’s control. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result.
6. Testimonials and personal stories
Testimonials and personal accounts published on this website reflect the experience of the individual who gave them, shared with their consent. They are not a prediction or a promise that anyone else will have the same experience or reach the same outcome.
7. Our practitioners
Willingness works with a multidisciplinary team across mental health, physical health and wellbeing. Each practitioner works within their own scope of practice and to the professional and ethical standards of their regulator or professional body in Malta. Where a need falls outside what we can appropriately provide, we will say so and help you find the right support elsewhere.
8. External links and third-party content
This website links to and embeds material from other organisations. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. When you follow a link or interact with embedded content, the policies of that provider apply, not ours.
9. Limits of this disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision you make or action you take based on general content published on this website. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for professional negligence in the delivery of a clinical service, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer or as a patient.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Disclaimer. The version number and date at the top show when it last changed.
