A Journey Shaped by Diverse Experiences
Throughout her career, Rebeca has had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds. In Ireland, she worked in community settings supporting adults on the autism spectrum, individuals living with disabilities, and families experiencing homelessness. When she later moved to Malta, Rebeca expanded her experience by working in both educational and correctional environments, gaining valuable insight into resilience and adaptation.
These varied experiences have deepened Rebeca’s appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual’s journey. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to feel heard and accepted, regardless of their circumstances. Her time living and working in different countries has also strengthened her understanding of the emotional challenges and opportunities that come with major life changes, as well as the importance of support during those transitions.
Creating a Space Where People Feel Safe to Be Themselves
Rebeca is passionate about guiding people through life’s ups and downs, helping them build confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. She works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, mood difficulties, emotional challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, addictive behaviours, and concerns relating to identity and personal growth.
Having moved countries herself, Rebeca understands what it means to start over, adapt to a different culture, build a life away from family, and navigate feelings of uncertainty or homesickness. This personal experience allows her to connect deeply with individuals who are adjusting to significant life changes and transitions. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can discuss their experiences and progress at a pace that feels right for them.
Rebeca works with children from the age of three, as well as adults and couples. She offers sessions in both English and Spanish, available online or in person at Willingness.
