What is the STI Clinic?
Our specialised medical doctor will test for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). STI testing can include chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes, hepatitis, and HIV amongst others. Some results can be given there and then, after a few minutes. The specialist would also be able to offer treatment for any STIs that are detected.
Our multi-disciplinary team provides a holistic approach. Therefore, we can provide sex education, sex counselling, couple therapy, gynaecology, medical advice and treatment, if needed. The whole team can support you before, during and after diagnosis of such tests. The service of regular blood tests is also available.
This is treated with the utmost of confidentiality from the time you contact us for an appointment and throughout the whole process. We assure this as our clinic is not a medical one and serves different purposes. Therefore, no one would know that you are attending for an STI test.
