At some time in our life, most of us have experienced some type of anxiety, whether short term or long term. Anxiety is a subjective experience, as what might be anxious for some might not be for others. We often tend to see anxiety as a threat and something negative, something to avoid. But anxiety can also be positive and adaptive. The main aim of this workshop is to understand more about anxiety and where it comes from. In this workshop we talk about the positivity and negativity of anxiety, how our body and brain reacts to anxiety, how to cope with anxiety and how to reduce anxiety.
