Throughout my studies and local professional experience, I came to realize the gap that exists in health care where a lot of people, both men and women with pelvic floor problems such as incontinence, perineal and pelvic pain and pelvic organ prolapse do not find easy access to conservative treatment and physical therapy.

I am also a Pilates instructor, a part of my work that allows me to work with individual clients and groups to improve their pelvic floor health, core stability, body awareness and relaxation. My women’s health physiotherapy background together with the Pilates training allow me to help people with pelvic floor dysfunction gain some improvements in their quality of life.
