Since starting therapeutic training, Michela observed and helped at a shelter for homeless people, while working with the Counselling and PSCD (Personal, Social and Career Development) sectors within a school setting. During this time, she helped in co-facilitating sessions during live-ins, reflection days, and at the start of COVID-19, she co-facilitated online psychoeducational groups for adolescents with the aim of teaching them coping and life skills.
Michela works with young adults and adults who experienced one or more of the following: trauma, loss, general mental health, stress, anxiety, depression, phobias and self-esteem, bullying and general parenting issues.
