Relax this muscle. have found the right muscles. Try not to squeeze your buttocks. you strongly tighten your pelvic floor muscles, you should see your penis draw in and your scrotum lift.

If you do not feel a good squeeze and lift of your pelvic floor muscles, or if you have a slow stream of urine or erectile dysfunction, it is important to consult your doctor and get referred to a specialized physiotherapist if deemed appropriate and after all the necessary tests have been carried out.
