How can we concentrate on the here and now?
- Breathe…whenever we feel anxious about our future or our past, breathe…in and out, in and out…try it right now – it might help you relax…
- Savour the moment…let’s use our senses to savour the food we eat, the music we hear, the blue sky…it helps us focus on the here and now…
- Lose yourself in what you love doing…dance, organise your house, give your all to your loved ones, do your best at work…
- Do not live with anger in your heart…forgive, let go – if not for others for yourself…
So at times stop and concentrate on BEING…
