The Ngħidu Kelma workshop regarding ‘Working with Suicide and Suicidal clients’ explored how literature defines suicide and how one can assess such risk. This workshop consisted of discussions and group work in which the participants looked at particular cases and explored different ways how they could work effectively with clients who are facing this ideation of suicide. Furthermore, Mr. Charles Cassar, the president of the European Association of Psychotherapy shared with the participants practical tips on how to deal with suicidal patients and their relatives.
