If there is a slight change in your tests, then it’s easier to reverse it. However, if you don’t check up on your health and only go when you feel something is off, it might be more expensive or even too late, to then reverse the damage. 
  5. Peace of mind – By being aware that you are actively taking control of your health, then it can give you some form of peace of mind. This is because you are doing your best to prevent anything from happening that might be too late to cure.
