A collaboration between USPA, Betapsi, and willingness was held to discuss ‘Fighting Stage Fright with Karl Grech’. Mr. Grech is a counselor with Willingness Malta who holds a Master’s degree in Transcultural Counselling from the University of Malta. Throughout his training and practice, Karl was exposed to an understanding of the multi-faceted issue of culture within the counseling discipline. He has a particular interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy. He has worked with individuals who experienced; domestic violence, crime, addiction, incarceration & mental illness. Karl is particularly interested in working with individuals facing; hurdles in finding meaning, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.
