Moreover, Willingness places a strong emphasis on learning and growth. Counselors are given opportunities to attend a variety of workshops, and conferences to further their knowledge and expertise. Whether it’s honing our existing skills or delving into a specialized area of interest, the company actively encourages us to expand our horizons and become the best counselors we can be.
What I Find Special When It Comes To Willingness
What’s truly special about working at Willingness is the collaborative environment that we thrive in. Surrounded by professionals from various disciplines, we have the unique opportunity to engage in discussions and share insights. These interdisciplinary collaborations not only enrich our own practice but also lead to more effective solutions for our clients.
