October is back and so are schools. This time is generally a return to a more structured routine, bringing to a close a more relaxed summer; for some. Notwithstanding whether you had a full hectic summer, or whether you were able to sustain a relatively structured routine, going back to school usually necessitates a more disciplined routine. So, in this series of I try to give my take on some tips that could help parents go through tough routines possible more swiftly. In the upcoming blogs I shall consider four primary routines which must inevitably take place in any family with children; the wake up routine; the meal routines; the homework routine; and the bedtime routine. Allow me to highlight however, that the tips I provide here are by no means exhaustive or absolute. Others provide equally useful tips and methods. In fact, I encourage anyone who can share ideas to do so on our Facebook page Parentopedia Malta. Parents using this page as a resource centre will certainly welcome any tips which can be useful.
