My name is Ahmed Elsaadani and have been working with Willingness team for almost 2 years. I am a trainee in the London Diploma for Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy (LDPRT). In the beginning I was a little bit lost and felt discouraged as this is a new responsibility in a new place with different culture and different system, but the team here is amazing and supportive, since day one I never felt that I was alone, I always had support either on the professional level or the personal level, Willingness is a bless for me, it was a new challenge and a new window for me to grow and learn.

The journey in the clinic is one of constant growth, learning, and evolution. Each client, each session, and each interaction offers new insights and lessons to be integrated into my practice. As we bear witness to the resilience and courage of the human spirit, I am always reminded of the profound privilege it is to walk alongside others on their journey toward healing. I couldn’t have done that without the team and my peers support in willingness. I am proud to be part of this amazing team that achieves new goals each year.

Ethical considerations are paramount

In the clinic, ethical considerations are paramount, and as a team in willingness we navigate complex ethical dilemmas with care and integrity. Where boundaries are established to ensure the safety and well-being of both clients and therapists. Additionally ongoing supervision and self-reflection are integral to maintaining ethical practice.

Willingness is the place where I felt safe to grow and expand my knowledge in a supportive environment where everyone is doing their best to make things easier for both therapists and clients.
