A day seminar, ‘Relationship Pitstop (staying lovers while raising children)’ was held for couples. Mr. Matthew Bartolo had been organizing day seminars for couples for the past six years. For this specific seminar, Mr. Bartolo, teamed up with Ms. Anna Catania, a counsellor to deliver a more holistic view of relationships and sexuality. This seminar was built on multiple psychological theories and clinical experience in a way that helped couples to get to know themselves and each other more and to reflect on their relationship from a multi-faceted perspective. During the workshops, couples were also provided with practical tips on how to boost their relationship.
