1 cleaned sea bream/ sea bass

Dash salt

Dash pepper

½ small onion diced

1 garlic clove diced

A few capers (3-4)

A few black olives diced ( 1 tablespoon)

5 cherry tomatoes halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine





  1. Turn on the oven on 180°C
  2. Open a sheet of foil and spread it on a dish. Put the cleaned fish of your
    choice on the foil.
  3. Add a dash of salt and pepper, the diced onion, garlic, capers, olives, cherry
    tomatoes, olive oil, white wine, marjoram, mint and basil on top of the fish and
    spread evenly. Close the fish with the foil and cook for around 20 minutes.
    Uncover the fish after 15 minutes.
