At Willingness we pride ourselves on confidentiality of our service, so we try to reduce the amount of people you have to meet from when you book until you meet your professional. Our boutique clinic has 5 rooms with different booking times so the least possible people are in the waiting room at the same time.
We have a virtual receptionist in order to reduce even further the amount of people you come in contact with.
In this video, our virtual receptionist, Jessica Lynn, will guide you through your welcome procedure, waiting room, and meeting the professional.
Our address is Willingness Hub, Qolla Street, Ħaż-Żebbuġ ZBG1511. It is round the corner from Willingness Clinic (Mikielanġ Sapiano Street, Ħaż-Żebbuġ). You can find Willingness Hub on google maps here. There is street parking next to our premises however, we advise you to allow ample time for parking. We recommend you are at the hub 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Our professionals are very punctual so you would need to allow time to settle in before your time.
The Hub is on the first floor. There is a lift, but to get to it you need to go up around 12 steps. If this will be a problem please contact our front desk on 79291817 so we can change your appointment to our Willingness Clinic, which is wheelchair accessible.
Once you go up to the first floor, ahead and take a seat in our waiting area. Your professional is aware of your appointment and will come and greet you at the time of your appointment.
In the meantime, you can help yourself to some water. You can help yourself to some sweets as well. You can also take some books from our library and read until your appointment comes. There are some magazines that you can read while you are waiting and please feel free to use the bathroom. You will also listen to our selected playlist while you wait for your appointment.
We do not charge you any clinic fee. The professionals fee is inclusive of this.
The Intake Meeting costs €30 and lasts around an hour and a half. In this meeting, one of our professionals will take your history, assess, and match you with the best suited professional, and talk you through how this professional works. This saves you time, and money, from your therapy / treatment.
If you decide to go on with therapy, you will be asked to pay for the first session with the professional in advance. This ensures that our professionals only book one client at a time and save you waiting time in the waiting room. Our fees range from €35 to €55 (which includes the clinic fee). This means that you will pay for the intake meeting and the first session with the professional upon your first meeting. Kindly note that, at the moment, we accept only cash payments.

Your professional will then come for you at the time of your appointment and will take you with them in the respected room for therapy.
