Imagine a place where you can feel peaceful, have the opportunity to listen to different professionals and learn new things relevant to psychology and come up with new ideas for a different kind of project. Yes, it is Willingness!

First of all, I must say that Willingness Team are the best in their area and their devotion to their work as a team. One of the best moments that I enjoyed was attending team meetings, where everyone shares their ideas freely, and also have the chance to review a case from different perspectives and learn how to approach it with diverse ideas.

We wrote blogs in the field of psychology every week, worked on a social experiment and a clinical audit as well. To be honest at first it was hard to adapt to that much work, then I got used to it, actually I realised that every hard situation was only for us to develop ourselves. I am thankful to Matthew Bartolo, who is the founder of Willingness Team, for giving me a chance to be part of this awesome internship.
We worked together with each professional, all of whom are knowledgeable in different fields and they shared their knowledge and past experiences with us. Those were extremely informative and educative workshops especially as some of the cases were interesting and emotional as well. At the same time, they provided us with social activities throughout the period of the internship, therefore we were always motivated to work better. This is a secret of how they work: disciplined, serious, evidence-based, professional, at the same time sincere, funny and like a family.

I’m really glad I decided to work with these wonderful people. It was an unforgettable experience!
